oh gawd... I can't even remember the streets of my village in Scotland and you want me to remember stuff from pre son and heir... who happens to be 25!! Am I allowed to cheat and send link to brother who lived in Paris for 30 years? Hmmm perhaps not...
1. Well, obviously that is Eiffel Tower Street... or Boulevard to make it sound a bit more French.
2. Oh I know this one! It's the street that goes under the Eiffel Tower... must be Eiffel Tower Sub street.
3. Eiffel Tower cul de sac... it's just round the corner from the boulevard one...
4. I think you are cheating as I am sure this is the same street as #2.
5. That's the little cherub that spews water in the museum place... Spewy Cherub Street?
Oh dear... now I am stuck... think a quick email to bro is required....
Fabulous pictures, havent been to paris since i was like 10 and went to euro disney! Looks like you had a great time!
Although I have been to all of the places pictured there is no chance I would get the names of the streets right unless I had a look on a map of Paris but that would be cheating so I will be really good and just thank you for the lovely Tour de Paris! Huh I must go back soon! Love it!
Hugs,
Cardarian
Blimey I think you may be banking a tad on our ineptitude here. Firstly I can't remember half the street names where I live so a foreign country not a chance in the world. Apart from Hvar because there I don't have to because it is the island with the streets of no name (Not a one......) makes finding your rooms for the night extra interesting.........
Next I am sorely disappointed in your lack on ingenuity regarding the Eiffel tower (the only street name I can remember is the Les Avenue des Champs Elyeesesesesesesesv-sorry can't remember how many e's and s's, see this picture http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10150445534761000&set=a.492163375999.282887.561825999&type=3&theater. Recognise the Louvre - overriding memory being - how small is the Mona Lisa - I am not sure what I was expecting but it wasn't a postage stamp. How sad is that go to a museum full of marvellous art and 8 years on that is my overriding memory. I think I recognise Versailles palace in their somewhere. Can't see Notre Damn......... But do see my favourite church the beautiful Sacre Coeur at night only know it is in Monmartre. I am not big on Churches apart from the simple elegant designs I saw in Croatia (they use a lot of wood) but the Sacre Coeur will always hold a place in my heart. Thanks for tickling some happy memories in the ole grey matter. Oh and there is a really strange looking lady that seems to have crept into one of your photo's - sure you can edit her out though ;).........
I think your just cheating....and took pics in blackpool and put them through photoshop :P
And that is one scary ugly little litter bin(cherub?) That slots way too thin to get a coke can through! :D XXX
